The original edition of this work is excessively rare. The last copy sold in New York brought $250. Of this reprint, only 100 copies were printed. It is consequently a scarce book.

The original edition was printed at Cambridge, Massachusetts, in 1640, but six perfect copies of which are known. The most recent sale of a copy was that in the collection of the late C. Fiske Harris, of Providence, which was sold for $1,500. Of the reprint but fifty copies were printed for subscribers. It is, consequently, a scarce book. A copy in the Brinley sale in 1878 brought $37.00.
