Amend rule 85 by striking out all after the word "preference," in line seven, and inserting the following: "Of all orders of business except the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, twelfth and thirteenth orders, which shall be called each day immediately after the journal is approved."
