tagne et d'Irlande et Sa Majefté Impériale et Royale Apoftolique l'Empereur d'Autriche, Roi de Hongrie et de Bohême étant convenus d'an commun accord, de régler moyennant une convention particulière qui fera ajoutée en forme d'article additionnel au traité conclu à Vienne le 25 Mars les arrangemens qui ont été jugé néceffaires pour donner aux ftipulations de ce traité toute la force d'exécution conforme au grand et noble but que Leurs dites Majeftés fe font propofés de pourfuivre. Elles ont nommé pour discuter arrêter et figner les conditions de la préfente convention,

Sa Majefté le Roi du Royaume uni de la Grande-Brétagne et d'Irlande le très honorable Richard le Poer Trench Comte de Clancarty, Vicomte Dunlo, Baron Kilconael, Confeiller de Sa dite Majefté en Son Confeil Privé de la Grande-Bretagne et auffi d'Irlande Préfident du comité du premier, pour les affaires du commerce et des colonies Directeur-général de fes poftes, Colonel du Régiment de Milice Comte de, Galway, Chevalier grand-croix du très honorable ordre du Bain et Miniftre Plénipotentiaire de Sa dite Majefté au congrès;

et Sa Majesté Impériale et Royale Apoftolique le Sieur Clément Venceslas Lothaire Prince de Metternich Winnebourg Ochfenbaufen etc. *), et le Sieur Jean Philippe Baron de Weffenberg etc. **)

Lesquels, après avoir échangé leurs Pleinspouvoirs trouvés en bonne et due forme, font convenus de l'article fuivant:

ART. Sa Majesté Britannique s'engage à fournir un fubfide de cinq millions de Livres Sterlings pour le fervice de l'année qui finira le r jour d'Avril 1816, à répar tir en parties égales entre les trois Puiffances, c'eft à dire entre S. M. l'Empereur d'Autriche Roi de Hongrie et de Bohême, Sa Majefté l'Empereur de toutes les Rusfies, et Sa Majefté le Roi de Pruffe. Le fubfide ci-deffus ftipulé de cinq millions de Livres Sterlings fera payé Londres en termes menfuels et en proportions égales, aux Miniftres des Puiffances refpectives duement autorifés à le recevoir. Le premier payement fera cenfé échu le I jour'de Mai de la préfente année, et fera effectué au moment de l'échange des ratifications de la préfente convention additionnelle. Dans le cas que la paix entre les Puiffances alliées et la France fut fignée avant l'expiration de l'année, le fubfide calculé fur l'échelle de cinq millions de Livres Sterlings fera payé jusqu'à la fin du mois dans lequel le traité définitif aura été figné: et Sa Majefté promet, en outre de payer à la Ruffie quatre mois et à l'Autriche et à la Pruffe deux mois, en fus du fubfide ftipulé, pour couvrir les frais du retour de leurs troupes dans leurs propres frontières.

La présente convention additionnelle aura la même 1815 force et valeur que fi elle étoit inférée mot à mot au traité du 25 Mars.

Elle fera ratifiée et les ratifications en feront échangées le plutôt que faire fe pourra.

En foi de quoi les Plénipotentiaires refpectifs l'ont fignée et y ont appofé le cachet de leurs armes.

Fait à Vienne, le 30 Avril de l'an de grâce 1815.

ART. III. The force which His Britannic Majefty is Nombre able to furnish in His character of King of Hanover, being partly limited by the number of troops which are already united with the English army in the Low Countries, viz fixteen thousand four hundred men, without reckoning the German Legion, His Majefty the King of Hanover engages to augment the faid corps with ten thousand men, of which feven hundred and fifty fhall be cavalry, nine thousand and feventy infantry, and one hundred and eighty artillery, fo that the Hanoverian corps employed against the common enemy fhall amount, exclufive of the German Legion, to twenty-fix thoufand four hundred men, comprifing two thousand one hundred and fifty cavalry, four hundred artillery, and twenty-three thoufand eight hundred and fifty infantry.
