Acces ART. 1. His Majefty the King of Saxony accedes to all the ftipulations of the Treaty above mentioned of Gon, the twenty-fifth of March 1815, as inferted hereafter. with the exception of the modifications mutually agreed upon by the Third Article, (Here follows a Copy of the Treaty figned at Vienna the twenty-fifth of March 1815 above-mentioned.) 1815 ART. II. In confequence of this Acceffion, His MaEffets. jefty the King of the United Kingdom of Great Britain Secours Emploi. Ratin and Ireland, engages to confider as equally binding in favour of His Majesty the King of Saxony, all the ftipulations of the Treaty inferted here above, which be come thus completely reciprocal amongst all the Powers, Parties to the prefent transaction, and who may hereafter accede thereto. ART. III. In confideration of the exhausted state of the part of the Kingdom of Saxony remaining to the King of Saxony, the aid which His Majefty will find Himself enabted to furnish for active co-operation against the enemy, fhall be regulated by the means which shall be at the dispofition of His Majefty. It has therefore been ftipulated, that this aid fhall amount to eight thousand men, troops of the linie, including the Saxon troops already on the left of the Rhine, and an equal number of Landwehr, with the referves neceffary for maintaining thefe corps at their full eftablishment. His Majesty the King of Saxony referves to Himself to accredit a Minifter to the Grand Head - Quarters. ART. IV. The Saxon troops which fhall take the field fhall remain united, and the military jurisdiction over them fhall be exercised by the General whom His Majefty the King of Saxony fhall name for this fpecial command, ART. V. The prefent Treaty fhall be ratified, and ention the ratifications exchanged within fix weeks, or fooner, if poffible. In faith of which, the refpective Plenipotentia, ries have figned it, and affixed the Seals of their Arms thereto. Secours The High Contracting Powers engage, above all, not to lay down their arms but by common confent. When the object of the prefent war fhall have been? attained, His Majesty the King of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland engages, in concert with His Allies, to admit the Plenipotentiaries of His Majefty the King of Wurtemberg to take a part in the arrangements of the future Peace, in as far as they may concern the interests of His States; His Majesty the King of Wurtemberg referves to Himself the right of accrediting for this purpose a Minifter to the Grand Head - Quarters. ART. III. His Majefty the King of Wurtemberg engages on His fide, in order to co-operate more effectually in the object of the Alliance; and without regard to ordinary proportions, to raife and Keep in the field an Army of twenty thousand men, of which eighteen thousand fhall be Infantry, and two thoufand Cavalry, with twenty-four pieces of artillery, to be actively employed against the common enemy. In the event of His Majefty's furnishing during the, war a battering train, it is agreed that He fhall be proportionably remunerated. Son ART. IV. The Army of His Majesty the King of emploi. Wurtemberg fhall be formed into, and continue one t Corps d'Armée, always under the orders of a Commander named by His Majefty, and, under the orders of thofe whom He fhall appoint to command the Divifions and Brigades. The troops of His Majesty the King of Wurtemberg fhall fhare in the trophies, booty, and other military advantages obtained by the Army of which they shall form a part, in the fame proportions as the other Corps d'Armée to which they shall be united.
