The ark, merey feat, and table.

Exodus. The candlestick and its inftrument

man that giveth it,willingly with his heart, bove the mercy-feat, from between ye fhall take my offering.

3 And this is the offering which ye fhall take of them, gold, and filver, and brafs, 4 And blue, and purple, and fcarlet, and fine linen, and goats hair,

s And rams skins died red, and badgers skins, and fhittim-wood,

6 Oyl for the light, fpices for anointing oyl, and for fweet incenfe,

7 Onyx-Bones, and ftones to be fet in the ephod, and in the breaft-plate.

And let them make me a fanctuary, that I may dwell amongst them.

9 According to all that I fhew thee, after the pattern of the tabernacle, and the pattern of all the inftruments thereof, even fo fhall ye make it.

Jo And they shall make an ark of fhittim-wood: two cubits and a halt fhall be the length thereof, and a cubit and a half the breadth thereof, and a cubit and a half the height thereof.

II And thou shalt overlay it with pure gold, within and without fhalt thou over lay it and fhalt make upon it a crown of gold round about.

12 And thou shalt caft four rings of gold for it, and put them in the four corners thereof; and two rings shall be in the one fide of it, and two rings in the other fide of it.

13 And thou shalt make ftaves of fhittim-wood, and overlay them with gold. 14 And thou fhalt put the ftaves into the rings, by the fides of the ark, that the ark may be born with them.

15 The faves fhall be in the rings of the ark: they fhall not be taken from it. 16 And thou fhalt put into the ark the teftimony which I fhall give thee.

17 And thou fhalt make a mercy-f y-feat of pure gold: two cubits and a half hall be the length thereof, and a cubit and a half the breadth thereof.

18 And thou fhalt make two cherubims of gold: of beaten work fhalt thou make them, in the two ends of the mercy-feat.

19 And make one cherub on the one end, and the other cherub on the other end: even of the mercy-feat fhall ye make the cherubims on the two ends thereof

20 And the cherubims fhall ftretch forth their wings on high, covering the mercy feat with their wings, and their faces fhall look one to another: toward the mercy-feat hall the faces of the cherubims be.

21 And thou halt put the mercy-feat above upon the ark, and in the ark thou fhalt put the reftimony that I fhall give thee. 22 And there I will meet with thee, I will commune with thee, om a

two cherubims which are upon the ail the teftimony, of all things which I give thee in commandment unto children of Ifrael.

23 Thou fhalt alfo make a table fhittim wood: two cubits shall be the len thereof, and a cubit the breadth ther and a cubit and a half the height thereo

28 And thou fhalt make the flave fhittim wood, and overlay them with go that the table may be born with them

29 And thou halt make the dif thereof, and fpoons thereof, and cov thereof, and bowls thereof, to cover wi al: of pure gold fhalt thou make them.

30 And thou fhalt fet upon the tab fhew-bread before me alway.

31 And thou shalt make a cand tick of pure gold: of beaten work f the candleftick be made: his fhaft, a his branches, his bowls, his knops, a his flowers fhall be of the fame.

32 And fix branches fhall come out the fides of it: three branches of the ca dleftick out of the one fide, and th branches of the candleftick out of t other fide.

33 Three bow is made like unto almon with a knop and a flower in one brand and three bowls made like almonds in t other branch, with a knop and a flowe fo in the fix branches that come out of t candleftick.

34 And in the candlestick shall be fo bowls made like unto almonds, with the knops and their flowers.

35 And there fhall be a knop under t branches of the fame, and a knop und two branches of the fame, and a kn under two branches of the fame, accordi to the fix branches that proceed out of t candlestick.

36 Their knops and their branch fhall be of the fame: all it shall be o beaten work of pure gold.

37 And thou fhait make the fev lamps thereof: and they fhall light t len ps thereof, that they may give lig over against it.

The curtains and boards

of the tabernacle. 15 And thou fhalt make boards for the tabernacle, of fhittim-wood, ftanding up.

Chap. xxvj. 38 And the tongs thereof,and the fnuffibes thereof fhall be of pure gold.

39 Of a talent of pure gold hall he make , with all thefe veffels.

40 And look that thou make them after their pattern which was thewed thee in the mount.

CHAP. XXVI.

Mbernacle with ten curtains of fine

Oreover, thoufhalt make the ta

twined linen, and blue, and purple, and carlet: with cherubims of cunning work halt thou make them.

2 The length of one curtain fhall be eight and twenty cubits, and the breadth of one curtain, four cubits: and every one of the Sartains fhall have one meafure.

3 The five curtains fhall be coupled to gether one to another: and other five curtains ball be coupled one to another.

4 And thou shalt make loops of blue upon the edge of the one curtain from the elvedge in the coupling: and likewife fhalt bou make in the uttermoft edge of another rain, in the coupling of the fecond. s Fifty loops fhalt thou make in the one ain, and fifty loops fhalt thou make in he edge of the curtain that is in the couing of the fecond, that the loops may ake hold one of another.

And thou shalt make fifty taches of old, and couple the curtains together with he taches: and it fhall be one tabernacle.

And thou shalt make curtains of goatsair to be a covering upon the tabernacle: leven curtains fhalt thou make.

8 The length of one curtain shall be dirty cubits, and the breadth of one curn, four cubits: and the eleven curtains babe all of one measure.

And thou shalt couple five curtains by hemiclves, and fix curtains by themfelves, adfait double the fixth curtain in the refront of the tabernacle.

To And thou shalt make fifty loops on the ge of the one curtain that is outmoft in coupling, and fifty loops in the edge of he curtain which coupleth the fecond. II And thou shalt make fifty taches of as, and put the taches into the loops, and ople the tent together,that it may be one. 12 And the remnant that remaineth of cartains of the tent, the half curtain remaineth, fhall hang over the backde of the tabernacle.

And a cubit on the one fide, and a Et on the other fide of that which reneth in the length of the curtains of , it hall hang over the fides of the macle, on this fide,and on that fide, cover it.

14 And thou fhalt make a covering for ten, of rams skins died red, and a cogabore of badgers skins.

16 Ten cubits shall be the length of a board, and a cubit and a half shall be the breadth of one board.

17 Two tenons fhall there be in one board, fet in order one against another: thus shalt thou make for all the boards of the tabernacle.

18 And thou fhalt make the boards for the tabernacle, twenty boards on the fouth fide, fouth-ward

19 And thou fhalt make forty fockets of filver under the twenty boards: two fockets under one board for his two tenons, and two fockets under another board for his two tenone.

20 And for the fecond fide of the ta bernacle on the north-fide, there shall be twenty boards,

21 And their forty fockets of filver: two fockets under one board, and two fockets under another board.

22 And for the fides of the tabernacle weft-ward, thou shalt make fix boards.

23 And two boards fhalt thou make for the corners of the tabernacle in the two fides.

24 And they fhall be coupled together beneath, and they fhall be coupled together above the head of it unto one ring: thus fhall it be for them both, they shall be for the two corners.

25 And they fhall be eight boards, and their fockets of filver, fixteen fockets: two fockets under one board, and two fockets under another board.

26 And thou shalt make bars of hittim-wood: five for the boards of the one fide of the tabernacle,

27 And five bars for the boards of the other fide of the tabernacle, and five bars for the boards of the fide of the tabernacle for the two fides weft ward.

28 And the middle bar, in the mids of the boards fhall reach from end to end.

29 And thou fhalt overlay the boards with gold, and make their rings of gold for places for the bars:and thou shalt overlay the bars with gold.

30 And thou halt rear up the tabernacle according to the fashion thereof, which was fhewed thee in the mount.

31 ¶ And thou fhalt make a vail of blue, and purple, and fcarlet, and fine twined linen of cunning work: with cherubims fhall it be made.

32 And thou shalt hang it upon four pillars of fhittim-wood, overlaid with gold: their hooks fhall be of gold, upon the four fockets of filver.

Exodus. 35 And thou shalt fet the table without the vail, and the candleftick over against the table on the fide of the tabernacle toward the fouth: and thou shalt put the table on the north-fide.

36 And thou shalt make an hanging for the door of the tent, of blue, and purple, and fcarlet,and fine twined linen, wrought with needle-work.

37 And thou shalt make for the hanging, five pillars of hittim-wood, and over lay them with gold, and their hooks fhall be of gold: and thou shalt caft five fockets of brafs for them.

CHAP. XXVII.

2 And thou shalt make the horns of it upon the four corners thereof: his horns fhall be of the fame : and thou shalt overlay it with brass.

3 And thou shalt make his pans to receive his afhes, and his fhovels, and his bafons, and his flesh hooks,and his fire-pans: all the veffels thereof thou shalt make of brafs.

4 And thou shalt make for it a grate of net-work of brafs; and upon the net fhalt thou make four brafen rings in the four corners thereof.

13 And the breadth of the court on eaft fide, eaft-ward shall be fifty cubits 14 The hangings of one fide of the ball be fifteen cubits: their pillars th and their fockets three.

16 And for the gate of the court, be an hanging of twenty cubits of blue, purple, and fcarlet, and fine twined lin wrought with needle work: and their lars fhall be four, and their fockets four

17 All the pillars round about the co shall be filleted with filver:their hooks be of filver, and their fockets of brass. 18 The length of the court fhall be

CHA P. XXVIII.

10 And the twenty pillars thereof, and their twenty fockets fhall be of brafs: the hooks of the pillars, and their fillets ball be of filver.

II And likewife for the north-fide in length, there shall be hangings of an hunedcubits long, and his twenty pillars,and

Chap. xxviij.

The Urim and Thummim

6 And they hall make the ephod of two rings on the two ends of the breaftgold, of blue, and of purple, of fcarlet, and plate. fine twined linen, with cunning work.

24 And thou fhalt put the two wrea7 It hall have the two fhoulder-pieces then chains of gold in the two rings which thereof joyned at the two edges thereof; are on the ends of the breaft-plate., and fo it fhall be joyned together.

8 And the curious girdle of the ephod which is upon it, fhall be of the fame according to the work thereof; even of gold, of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine rwined linen.

9 And thou shalt take two onyx-ftones, and grave on them the names of the children of Ifrael:

10 Six of their names on one stone, and the other fix names of the reft on the other fone according to their birth.

11 With the work of an engraver in ftone, like the engravings of a fignet, fhalt thou engrave the two ftones, with the names of the children of Ifrael: thou shalt make them to be fet in ouches of gold.

12 And thou shalt put the two ftones upon the fhoulders of the ephod for ftones of memorial unto the children of Ifrael. And Aaron fhall bear their names before the LORD, upon his two fhoulders for a memorial.

13¶ And thou shalt make ouches of gold, 14 And two chains of pure gold at the ends: of wreathen work fhalt thou make them, and faften the wreathen chains to the ouches.

15 And thou shalt make the breaftplate of judgment, with cunning work aftur the work of the ephod thou shalt make it, of gold, of blue, and of purple, and of fcarlet, and of fine twined linen, fhalt thou make it,

15 Four-fquare it fhall be, being doubled, fpan fhall be the length thereof, and a pan fhall be the breadth thereof.

17 And thou fhalt fet in it fettings of ftones, even four rows of ftones: the first To fball be a fardius, a topaz, and a carbundle: this shall be the first row.

18 And the fecond row shall be an emerand, a fapphire, and a diamond.

19 And the third row a ligure, an agate, and an amethy ft.

20 And the fourth row, a beryl, and an onyx, and a jafper: they hall be fet in gold in their enclofings.

21 And the ftones fhall be with the Dames of the children of Ifrael, twelve according to their names, like the engravings of a fignet, every one with his name fhall they be according to the twelve tribes. 22 And thou shalt make upon the breaft-plate chains at the ends, of wreathen work, of pure gold.

23 And thou shalt make upon the breaftplate two rings of gold, and fhalt put the

25 And the other two ends of the two wreathen chains thou shalt faften in the two ouches, and put them on the shoulderpieces of the ephod before it.

26 And thou shalt make two rings of gold,and thou shalt put them upon the two ends of the breaft-plate,in the border thereof which is in the fide of the ephod inward.

27 And two other rings of gold thou fhalt make, and fhalt put them on the two fides of the ephod,underneath towards the fore-part thereof, over against the other coupling thereof, above the curious girdle of the ephod.

28 And they fhall bind the breaft-plate by the rings thereof, unto the rings of the ephod with a lace of blue, that it may be above the curious girdle of the ephod,and that the breaft-plate be not loofed from the ephod.

29 And Aaron fhall bear the names of the children of Ifrael in the breaft-plate of judgment, upon his heart, when he goeth in unto the holy place, for a memorial before the LORD continually.

30 And thou fhalt put in the breaftplate of judgment the Urim and the Thummim, and they fhall be upon Aarons heart, when he goeth in before the LORD: and Aaron shall bear the judgment of the children of Ifrael upon his heart, before the LORD continually.

31 And thou shalt make the robe of the ephod all of blue.

32 And there fhall be an hole in the top of it, in the mids thereof: it fhall have a binding of woven work, round about the hole of it, as it were the hole of an habergeon, that it be not rent.

33 And beneath upon the hem of it thou halt make pomegranates of blue, and of purple, and of fcarlet round about the hem thereof; and bells of gold between them round about.

34 A golden bell and a pomegranate, a golden bell and a pomegranate, upon the hem of the robe round about.

35 And it fhall be upon Aaron to minifter: and his found fhall be heard when he goeth in unto the holy place before the LORD, and when he cometh out, that he die not.

36 And thou shalt make a plate of pure gold, and grave upon it,like the engravings of a fignet, HOLINESS TO THE LORD.

37 And thou shalt put it on a blue lace, that it may be upon the mitre: upon forefront of the mitre it shall be.

41 And thou shalt put them upon Aaron thy brother, and his fons with him: and fhalt anoint them and confecrate them, and fanctifie them, that they may minifter unto me in the priefts office.

42 And thou fhalt make them linen breeches to cover their nakedness: from the Joyns even unto the thighs they fhall reach.

43 And they fhall be upon Aaron, and upon his fons, when they come in unto the tabernacle of the congregation, or when they come near unto the altar to minifter in the holy place; that they bear not iniquity, and die. It fhall be a ftatute for ever unto him, and his feed after him.

CHAP. XX X.

Nd this is the thing that thou shalt do unto them to hallow them, to minifter unto me in the priefts office: Take one young bullock, and two rams without blemish,

2 And unleavened bread, and cakes unleavened tempered with oyl, and wafers unleavened anointed with oyl: of wheaten flour fhalt thou make them.

3 And thou shalt put them into one basket, and bring them in the basket with the bullock and the two rams.

II And thou fhalt kill the bulloc fore the LORD, by the door of the nacle of the congregation.

12 And thou shalt take of the blo the bullock, and put it upon the ho the altar with thy finger, and pour al blood befide the bottom of the altar.

13 And thou shalt take all the fat covereth the inwards, and the caul above the liver, and the two kidneys the fat that is upon them, and burn upon the altar

14 But the flesh of the bullock, an skin,and his dung fhalt thou burn wit without the camp: it is a fin-offering

15 Thou shalt alfo take one ram, Aaron and his fons fhall put their upon the head of the ram.

16 And thou fhalt flay the ram,and shalt take his blood, and fprinkle it r about upon the altar,

17 And thou shalt cut the ram in pi and wash the inwards of him, and his and put them unto his pieces, and unt head.

18 And thou fhalt burn the whole upon the altar: it is a burnt-offering the LORD: is a fweet favour, an o ing made by fire unto the LORD.

19 And thou shalt take the other and Aaron and his fons fhall put hands upon the head of the ram.

20 Then shalt thou kill the ram, take of his blood, and put it upon the i the right ear of Aaron, and upon the : the right ear of his fons, and upor thumb of their right hand, and upor great toe of their right foot, and pr the blood upon the altar round abou
