Remember not against us, O GOD! Our past offences; and, for the glory of thy name, turn from us all those evils that we may have deserved. Spare us, most merciful father! spare thy people; and have compassion on the work of thine hands. Spare us, good LORD!

From all evil and mischief, from sin, from dangerous temptations, from thy wrath, and future condemnation;

Good LORD! deliver us.

. From all blindness of heart, from pride, vain-glory, and hypocrisy; from envy, hatred, and malice, and from all uncharitableness; Good LORD! deliver us.

From fleshly lusts that war against the soul, and from all the deceitful allurements of this transitory world;

Good LORD! deliver us.

From lightning and tempest; from plague, pestilence, and famine; from battle and murder, and from untimely death; Good LORD! deliver us.

From all sedition, secret conspiracy and rebellion; from hardness of heart, and contempt of thy word and commandment; Good LORD! deliver us.

In the time of our adversity, and in the time of our prosperity; in the hour of death, and in the day of judgment; Good LORD! deliver us.

We, thine offending creatures, do beseech thee to hear us, O JEHOVAH OUR GOD! and that it may please thee to keep all thy sincere worshippers in the right way; We beseech thee to hear us, good LORD!
