Second Amend section 2 by inserting before the word "every" the words "That section 2 of same chapter is hereby amended by striking out after the word 'not' in last line, the words less than two,' and insert the words 'exceeding ten,'" so as to read as follows:

Resolved, That the State Auditor be, and he is hereby requested to report to the Senate, the receipts and disbursements of the Insurance Department, for the year 1876, giving a compilation of the disbursements, showing each class under appropriate heads; and also how many clerks there are employed in the Department, and the salary of each; also, of each of the eleemosynary institutions of the State, giving the amount paid to each officer, clerk and employee.
