Sida 10 - Questions shall be distinctly put in this form, to wit : " As many as are of opinion that (as the question may be) say Aye ;" and after the affirmative voice is expressed, "As many as are of the contrary opinion, say No.
Sida 11 - No member shall vote on any question in the event of which he is immediately and particularly interested ; or in any case where he was not present •when the question was put.
Sida 172 - Recorder in whose office it shall be recorded, shall be filed and recorded in like manner in the office of the Recorder in every such county. If any false statement shall be made in any such certificate, all the persons interested in the partnership shall be liable, as general partners, for all the engagements thereof.
Sida 8 - Whole at any time on the motion of a member; and, in forming a Committee of the Whole, the President shall leave the chair and appoint a chairman to preside in committee; and the rules of proceeding in Convention shall be observed in Committee of the Whole, except the rule limiting the times of speaking and the rule relating to calls for the yeas and nays.
Sida 10 - House shall have adjourned on the preceding day; shall immediately call the members to order; and, on the appearance of a quorum, shall cause the Journal of the preceding day to be read.
