No. 24 or 30, Raworth's Crochet Thread. 4 Round Meshes, Nos. 5, 7, 10, 14. 1 Flat Mesh three-eighths of an inch wide. 1st. Round.-Make a small loop in the cotton, and net 6 stitches into it with No. 14 mesh; make it round by commencing the next row in the 1st stitch, instead of turning back. This and the 3 following rows are best netted with a rug needle instead of a netting needle. 2nd Round.-Increase double by netting 2 stitches into 1 loop, which will make 12 stitches. 3rd Round.-Increase as in last row making 24 stitches. 4th Round.
