THE CHILDREN'S WEEK.

SEVEN STORIES FOR SEVEN DAYS.

By ROSSITER W. RAYMOND.

16mo. Nine full-page Illustrations by H. L Stephens and Miss M. L. Hallock.

Price, extra cloth, $1 25; extra cloth, full gilt, $2.

Mr. Raymond's stories have won great popularity by their wit, delicate fancy, and withal admirably good sense. Some of them have been published before in periodicals, and met with an immediate and remarkable success; others have been written especially for this little book, and are quite as charming as any of the earlier ones. The illustrations -all new and made for the book—are particularly apt and pleasing, showing forth both the comical element of the book and its pure and beautiful sentiment. The book is bound in tasteful green or brown cloth, and the cover design is at once new and attractive. A capital holiday book.

BY HARRY FENN.

The charming style in which the book is written, indeed all its parts and features, are characterized by the peculiar strength and spiritual beauty which Mr. Beecher brings to whatever subject he touches.
