Senator Bryns submitted the following report from the Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence, which was read:

MR. PRESIDENT: Your Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence, to whom was referred Senate bill No. 124, entitled "An act to amend sec1666, article 9, chapter 24, Revised Statutes of Missouri, concerning 'Crimes and criminal procedure,'" beg leave to report that they have considered the same, and recommend that it do pass.

Senate bill No. 124, entitled "An act to amend section 1666 of article 9 of chapter 24 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, concerning 'Crimes and criminal procedure,'" was taken up and ordered engrossed.
