Senator Hutt moved to reconsider the vote by which the bill passed, and lay the motion to reconsider on the table; which latter motion prevailed.

Senator Bradley moved that when the Senate adjourn, it adjourn until to-morrow morning at 10 o'clock.

Senator Naylor introduced Senate bill No. 153, entitled "An act to amend sections 558 and 559, chapter 11, Revised Statutes, concerning bills of lading and warehouse receipts."

Senator Walker introduced Senate bill No. 154, entitled "An act to amend section 137, article 8, chapter 1 of the Revised Statutes of the State of Missouri, in relation to the redemption, sale and conveyance of real estate in administration;" which was read first time and 50 copies ordered printed.

Senator Walker introduced Senate bill No. 155, entitled "An act to amend section 295, article 14, chapter 1 of the Revised Statutes of the State of Missouri, in relation to appeals in administration;" which was read first time and 50 copies ordered printed.

Senator Walker introduced Senate bill No. 156, entitled "An act to repeal section 116, article 6, chapter 1, and in lieu thereof to enact a new section;" read first time and 50 copies ordered printed.

Senator Heard submitted the following report from the Committee on Banks and Corporations, which was read:

Senator Hutt moved that when the Senate adjourn it adjourn until 10 o'clock to-morrow morning; which was agreed to.

Senator Rogers reported Senator Jacobs sick.

Senator Walker called up Senate bill No. 51, which was made special order for next Friday morning at 11 o'clock.
