MR. PRESIDENT: Your Committee on Enrolled Bills have carefully examined and find truly enrolled Senate bill No. 52, entitled “An act to amend section 201 of the Revised Statutes of the State of Missouri, in relation to administration."

The President announced that all other business would be suspended and directed the Secretary to read at length Senate bill No. 52, entitled "An act to amend section 201 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, in relation to administration," and Senate bill No. 101, entitled "An act to amend section 22, article 1, Revised Statutes of Mis

souri, relating to administration," and stated that unless objections be made, he would sign said bills, to the end that each may become a law.

No objection being made, Senate bill No. 52 was read at length by the Secretary, and the presiding officer, in the presence of the Senate, in open session, no other business intervening, affixed his signature thereto; said bill was also signed by the Secretary.
