Senator DeArmond offered the following amendment to the title of the bill, which was agreed to:

Amend by striking out the whole of the title and inserting in lieu thereof the following: "An act to provide for the appointment of three commissioners, as officers of the Supreme Court, to aid in the disposition of cases by said court."
