On third reading of Senate bills, Senate bill No. 192, entitled "An act to provide for the care and keeping of the State arms, accoutrements and military property, and to appropriate money therefor," was taken up and laid over until next Tuesday.

Senator McGrath granted leave of absence until Monday.

Senate bill No. 236, entitled "An act to amend section 7631, article 1 of chapter 164 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri 'Treasury department,'" was taken up, read third time and passed by the following vote :

Senator Morrisson moved to reconsider the vote by which the bill prssed, and to lay the motion to reconsider on the table; the latter motion prevailed.

Senate bill No. 182, entitled "An act to amend section 7628, article 1, chapter 164, Revised Statutes of Missouri, entitled 'Of the State Treasury," was taken up, and Senator DeArmond moved to reconsider the vote by which the bill was ordered engrossed; which was agreld to.

The bill was then recommitted to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Senate bill No. 217, entitled "An act to appropriate money for the payment of the services of James S. Rollins as a member of the General Assembly of the State of Missouri," was taken up, read third time and passed by the following vote:
