Populära avsnitt
Sida xlii - Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves : be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves. But beware of men : for they will deliver you up to the councils, and they will scourge : you in their synagogues ; and ye shall be brought before governors and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them and the Gentiles.
Sida xxxi - And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams; and on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy.
Sida xxxv - Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace.
Sida 10 - Our God shall come, and shall not keep silence: a fire shall devour before him, and it shall be very tempestuous round about him. He shall call to the heavens from above, and to the earth, that he may judge his people. Gather my saints together unto me ; those that have made a covenant with me by sacrifice.
Sida 13 - Come and hear, all ye that fear God, and I will declare what he hath done for my soul.
Sida 19 - My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.
Sida 4 - I will declare thy name unto my brethren: in the midst of the congregation will I praise thee.
Sida 16 - A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee. Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked.
Sida 9 - They that trust in their wealth, And boast themselves in the multitude of their riches ; None of them can by any means redeem his brother, Nor give to God a ransom for him...
Sida xxxi - BLESSED Lord, who hast caused all holy Scriptures to be written for our learning; Grant that we may in such wise hear them, read, mark, learn, and inwardly digest them, that by patience, and comfort of thy holy Word, we may embrace, and ever hold fast the blessed hope of everlasting life, which thou hast given us in our Saviour Jesus Christ.
