3. Satan in heaven, AS THE REPRESENTATIVE OF THE BEAST, prepared to devour the "Son" so soon as brought forth.

The Divine decree having gone forth-"Let all the angels of God worship Him," (Heb. 1. 6.) Satan and his angels have been summoned to heaven: (Compare Job. 1. 6. and 2. 1.,) but now stand prepared, NOT TO WORSHIP, BUT TO FIGHT, MESSIAH.

4. The promised "Son" given to the Hebrew Church, preparatory to the Judgment on the Beast, (Compare Rev. xix. 15.,) and-caught up to the Throne of God.
