Supt. What promise for the church?

Seventh Pupil. For thy Maker is thine husband; The Lord of Hosts is his name: and thy Redeemer the Holy One of Israel; The God of the Whole Earth shall he be called."Is. 54: 5.

Dear as the apple of thine eye,

2 Sure as thy truth shall last,
To Zion shall be given

The brightest glories earth can yield,

A few words from the Pastor.

Chant a portion of the prophecy of Zacharias (see Appendix), and close with the Doxology.

The Mountains of the Bible:

A LESSON CONCERNING THE EARTILY SCENES OF GOD'S GLORY.

"As the mountains are round about Jerusalem, so the Lord is round about his people from henceforth even forever."- Ps. 125: 2.

"And I looked, and lo, a Lamb stood on Mount Zion, and with him a hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father's name written in their foreheads."- Rev. 14: 1.

Song. "Beautiful Land."- Happy Voices, p. 193. Supt. announces the subject of the exercise, "The Mountains of the Bible," and reads or repeats—

"The word that Isaiah the son of Amoz saw concerning Judah and Jerusalem. And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the Lord's house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it. And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths; for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem." Isaiah 2: 1–3.
