With regard to Mission-work, 'there are certain fundamental principles which do not change; certain ideals and aims which are the same for all. These principles the author emphasizes, and he endeavours 'to give an outline of methods of teaching which have been useful in the past'. Some chapter-headings in the book are 'The Aim of the Mission,' 'The Mission Sermon,' 'Dealings with Individuals,' 'After-work.' There are four appendices dealing with the subject of training for mission-work.
