Sida 49 - RECONSIDERATION. [When a question has been once made, and carried in the affirmative or negative, it shall be in order for any member of the majority to move for the reconsideration thereof, but no motion for the reconsideration of any vote shall be in order after a bill, resolution, message, report, amendment, or motion upon which the vote was taken, shall have gone out of the possession of the Senate, announcing their decision...
Sida 50 - He shall have the right to name any member to perform the duties of the chair, but such substitution shall not extend beyond an adjournment.
Sida 52 - It shall be the duty of the Committee of Elections to examine and report upon the certificates of election or other credentials of the members returned to serve in this House, and to take into their consideration all such petitions, and other matters touching elections and returns, as shall or may be presented, or come into question, and be referred to them by the House.
Sida 53 - When a bill or resolution, which shall have passed in one House, is rejected in the other, notice thereof shall be given to the House in which the same may have passed.
