This table shows the production of coal by counties, giving to each county its rank as a producer, for each year in the past five years, together with the average production of each county from June 30, 1890, to June 30, 1895. For example, take Bates county; for the year ending June 30, 1891, it ranked first in the amount of coal produced; in 1892 it stood second and the same for 1893; in 1894 it ranked fourth and for the year ending June 30, 1895, it stood third as a producer. |
