Right to Financial Privacy Report.

Such report shall include: the number of notice delays sought and the number granted, the number of notice delay extensions sought and the number granted, and the number of customer challenges made and the number that are successful. Abstract: This report contains information on whether the Department of Justice's accounting systems conform to the standards established by the Comptroller General and the guidelines developed by the Office of Management and Budget. If the Department has not met the standards and guidelines, the report will state the areas in which it does not conform and the measures that will be taken to bring the accounting systems into compliance.
