THE COMPILER.

SUNDAY MORNING.

OUR Father, who art in Heaven, Hallowed be Thy Name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth, as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation: But deliver us from evil For Thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever and ever. Amen.

Praised be the Lord daily; even the God who helpeth us, and poureth his benefits upon us.

O Almighty and most merciful God, of thy bountiful goodness keep us this day, we

beseech thee, from all things that may hurt us; that we, being ready both in body and soul, may cheerfully accomplish those things which thou commandest, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Almighty and everlasting God, by whose Spirit the whole body of the Church is governed and sanctified; receive our supplications and prayers, which we offer before thee for all estates of men in thy holy Church, that every member of the same, in his vocation and ministry, may truly and godly serve thee, through our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Amen.

O most glorious Lord, give us grace to prepare our hearts to serve thee this day with reverence and godly fear; affect us with an awful apprehension of thy Divine Majesty, and a deep sense of our own unworthiness; that so approaching thy sanctuary with lowliness and devotion, and coming before thee with clean thoughts and pure

hearts, with bodies undefiled, and minds sanctified, we may perform a service ac ceptable to thee, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Most merciful Father, we beseech thee to send upon thy ministers thy heavenly blessing that they may be clothed with righteousness; and that thy word spoken by their mouths, may have such success, that it may never be spoken in vain. Grant, also, that we may have grace to hear and receive what they shall deliver out of thy most holy word, or agreeably to the same, as the means of our salvation; that in all our words and deeds we may seek thy glory, and the increase of thy kingdom, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

O Almighty God, who hast built thy Church upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone; grant that, by the operation of the Holy Ghost, all Chris

tians may be so joined together in unity of spirit, and in the bond of peace, that they may be an Holy Temple, acceptable unto thee-and may, with one heart, desire the prosperity of thy holy apostolic Church, and with one mouth profess the faith once delivered to the saints. Be pleased also to make thy ways known to all sorts and conditions of men, thy saving health unto all nations. And grant that the course of this world may be so peaceably ordered by thy governance, that thy Church may joyfully serve thee in all godly quietness; that so they may walk in the ways of truth and peace, and at last be numbered with thy saints in glory everlasting, through thy merits, O blessed Jesus, thou gracious Bishop and Shepherd of our souls, who art, with the Father and the Holy Ghost, one God, world without end. Amen.

O Almighty God, whom truly to know is everlasting life; grant us perfectly to
