XII. THE DOCTRINE OF PROVIDENCE.

cry.

3. Ps. civ. 29. Thou takest away their breath; they die, and return to their

dust.

4. Matt. ix. 29. One sparrow shall not fall to the ground without your

Father.

5. Matt. v. 45. He maketh his sun to rise, —and sendeth rain on the just and— unjust.

6. Ps. cxlviii. 8. Fire and hail, snow and vapours, stormy wind, fulfil his word.
