WALLEY, be a Committee to revise the present edition of the By-laws and Rules of this Board, to consider what additional Rules it may be expedient to adopt, and to report at the next annual meeting. Ordered, That the Secretary cause to be printed as many copies of the Rules and Orders, with the Acts and Instruments appended, as he may judge proper; and that he bring to every annual meeting a sufficient number for distribution among the new members of the Board.
