His MAJESTY having thought fit to order certain Regulations to be published, in 1792, for the “Formations, Field-Exercise, and “ Movements of His INFANTRY;" and now finding it equally expedient, that some fixed Rules should, in like manner, be issued, for the Use and Practice of His CAVALRY, so that one uniform and general System of Discipline may be formed and established throughout His MAJESTY's whole Army: It is therefore His Majesty's Pleasure, that the following Regulations shall be strictly observed and adhered to by all the Corps of Cavalry in His Majesty's Service.
