ET every uchel: canys nid oes awdurdod ond oddiwrth Dduw; a'r aw- for there is no power, but of durdodau y sydd, gan Dduw y God: the powers that be are maent wedi eu hordeinio. Am ordained of God. Whosoever hynny pwy bynnag sydd yn therefore resisteth the power ymosod yn erbyn yr awdurdod, resisteth the ordinance of God; sydd yn gwrthwynebu ordinhâd and they that resist shall reDuw: a'r rhai a wrthwynebant, ceive to themselves damnation. a dderbyniant farnedigaeth idd- For rulers are not a terror to ynt eu hunain. Canys tywys- good works, but to the evil. ogion nid ydynt ofn i weithred- Wilt thou then not be afraid oedd da, eithr i'r rhai drwg. A of the power? do that which fynni di nad ofnech yr awdur- is good, and thou shalt have dod? gwna'r hyn sydd dda, a thi praise of the same: for he is a gai glod ganddo.
