The late Dr. Elias Boudinot bequeathed three brick houses in Philadelphia, to the Trustees of the General Assembly, "the rents, issues and profits of which, with that of such stock or other securities into which the said Trustees may choose in case of sale to vest them," to be laid out in useful books, and distributed as directed. One of said houses he sold, but forgot to make provision for it; it is therefore a lapsed legacy as to that house. The Treasurer of the Trustees was put into possession of the other two. They have been put into good order and let to reputable tenants; this account, so far as the bills have come in, is as follows, viz: 1822. April 23. Amount of sundry accounts as per bill and receipts for repairs made to house No 153 Locust St. 1822. April 10. Received of George Cromly, a former tenant, on account of rent of house No. 153 Locust St. $10, June 12. Received of Christopher Walsh, one quarter's rent of house No. 127 S. 10th st. due yesterday, $25,
