CHAP. II.

14 And he took the mantle of Elijah that fell from him, and smote the waters, and said, Where is the LORD God of Elijah?

17 And the woman conceived, and bare a son at that season that Elisha had said unto her, according to the time of life.

31 And Gehazi passed on before them, and laid the staff upon the face of the child; but there was neither voice, nor hearing. Wherefore he went again to meet him, and told him, saying, The child is not awaked.

32 And when Elisha was come into the house, behold, the child was dead, and laid upon his bed.

33. He went in therefore, and shut the door upon them twain, and prayed unto the LORD.

CHAP. V.

14 Therefore sent he thither horses, and chariots, and a great host: and they came by night, and compassed the city about.
