"A word of welcome is due to the new re-issue, cheap but in very good-looking form, of Mr. Elliot Stock's Book Lover's Library,' which opens, as the original issue opened, with Mr. H. B. Wheatley's How to Form a Library. Not one of the books of the series has been without its interest for bookish people, but among the best have been the contributions of the editor, Mr. Wheatley himself."-St. James' Gazette.
