Sida 43 - But this I say, brethren, the time is short: it remaineth, that both they that have wives be as though they had none; And they that weep, as though they wept not; and they that rejoice, as though they rejoiced not; and they that buy, as though they possessed not; And they that use this world, as not abusing it: for the fashion of this world passeth away.
Sida 237 - Now when Daniel knew that the writing was signed, he went into his house; and his windows being open in his chamber toward Jerusalem, he kneeled upon his knees three times a day and prayed and gave thanks before his God, as he did aforetime.
Sida 36 - Saviour ; knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, and saying ; Where is the promise of his coming ? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.
Sida 61 - Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem, saying, "Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him.
Sida xiii - Behold, these three years I come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and find none : cut it down ; why cumbereth it the ground? And he answering said unto him, Lord, let it alone this year also, till I shall dig about it, and dung it: and if it bear fruit, well : and if not, then after that thou shalt cut it down.
Sida 31 - Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for our sakes he became poor, that we through his poverty might be rich.
Sida 32 - And was crucified also for us under Pontius Pilate. He suffered and was buried, And the third day He rose again according to the Scriptures, And ascended into heaven, And sitteth on the right hand of the Father. And He shall come again with glory to judge both the quick and the dead : Whose kingdom shall have no end.
Sida 27 - What shall we do then ? 11 He answereth and saith unto them, He that hath two coats, let him impart to him that hath none ; and he that hath meat, let him do likewise.
Sida 47 - And when eight days were accomplished for the circumcising of the child, his name was called JESUS, which was so named of the angel before he was conceived in the womb.
