Sida 149 - The Suez Maritime Canal shall always be free and open, in time of war as in time of peace, to every vessel of commerce or of war, without distinction of flag.
Sida 172 - Canal, they shall meet on the summons of three of their number under the presidency of their Doyen, in order to proceed to the necessary verifications.
