Sida 433 - ... nor shall any carrier charge or demand or collect or receive a greater or less or different compensation for such transportation of passengers or property, or for any service in connection therewith, between the points named in such tariffs than the rates, fares, and charges which are specified in the tariff filed and in effect at the time...
Sida 100 - ... no contract, receipt, rule or regulation shall exempt such common carrier, railroad or transportation company from the liability hereby imposed : Provided, that nothing in this section shall deprive any holder of such receipt or bill of lading of any remedy or right of action which he has under existing law.
