In which the concurrence of the Senate is respectfully requested. Senator Bradley submitted the following reports from the Committee on Enrolled Bills, which were read:

The president announced that all other business would be suspended, and directed the secretary to read at length the following named bills: Senate bill No. 95, entitled "An act in relation to the construction and maintenance of aprons or chutes to facilitate the passage of fish over dams and other obstructions ;" and Senate bill No. 10, entitled "An act to amend section 1307 of article 3 of chapter 24 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, entitled 'Crimes and criminal procedure;" and stated that, unless objections be made, he would sign said bills, to the end that each may become a law.

Senate bill No. 95 was read at length by the secretary, no objection being made, and the presiding officer, in the presence of the Senate, in open session, no other business intervening, affixed his signature thereto; said bill was also signed by the secretary.
